Convert a Word Document for use by Kindle - repost

I have a 31 page A5 Word Document Training Manual which needs to be converted into a Kindle Document. It is 5300 words long, has a Table of contents, and a few Tables. I am able to send the doc to enable a better view of what I expect. This is the first time I am walking down this road. There are a total of six titles in the series, so we want the layout to be standardized for the others to be modeled on this one. The document does not need editing. That has already been done. It is the layout and formatting that is required.
