Designing Banner and Text imgage Ads

Please read the entire job description clearly! This project will be ongoing with as many ads needed per advertising campaign so you as a freelancer will determine how much you want to make based on how many ads are created. However STRICKTLY only getting paid based on the ADS PREFORMANCE. Looking for a creative designer with some copy writing skills to design banners sizes 300x250 , 728 x 90 , 160 x 600 also creating different outlines and borders around the ads with different colors so we can test each ad differently to see what gives the best results in a campaign. The Banners must have connection between ad copy / banner image to the websites content or theme in order to land the customer on the website that is relevant. The images need to be SHOCKING in order to catch the customers eyes while browsing the net and the AD COPY needs to make the customer INTERESTED enough to click on the ad. The entire focus of this of this project is to generate ads that have "VERY HIGH CLICK THROUGH RATE'S" while still being relevant to the website we are promoting. If the project is successfully implemented, we are looking for an ongoing designer. We are not looking to just rip ads of the internet in this case we wont be able to continue working together. However we can model successful banner ads to create similar ones, in this case we will be providing you with banners we would like you to model and restructure by slightly changing ad copy and adding new shocking and eye catching images. The banners should NOT BE PROFESSIONAL LOOKING ADS that typical brand companies use but instead very unique and shocking enough to make people interested enough to click on the ads. The payout will be as follows: - $50 for standard size image ad (300x250, 160x600, 728x90) ONLY if the ad gets a minimum of .3% click through rate per cpm after 10,000 impressions. - $50 for small text image ad (110x80) or small banner ad (310x110) ONLY if the ad gets a minimum of .2% click through rate per cpm after 10,000 impressions. The payout is negotiable however will be based on performance as stated above.
