Design 2 graphics for banner on website.

See the attached image. We have a tagline for our company, "First Choice of the Fortune 1000 for Project Management Consultants". You can see it on the site here [login to view URL] Currently, the tagline is under the logo. Management feels it is too small, subdued, and also looks like an afterthought as it is just text that was added. We would like to design a graphic that is more appealing and matches the theme of the site. We are also trying to decide whether to place the graphic as a banner over the main slider on the home page (under the main navigation menu) or in the top grey header bar left aligned with the logo.
