Design Look and Feel for eLearning - PowerPoint/Articulate

We are looking for an artist or artists to design the look and feel for various clients' eLearning courses. We generally work in PowerPoint and then publish in Articulate, a rapid eLearning development tool that provides a frame and interface around the PowerPoint content. The jobs would generally involve designing an animated title screen, section screen template, and several content layouts. You would also suggest colors for the Articulate player, or frame, as these can be customized to harmonize with the content area design.
