Build Email List with GetResponse

We are looking for someone to help us get started with email marketing that is experienced with GetReponse. We need helping building a large email list for our auto website. What we need from you is; -Design high converting eye catching opt-in boxes on the website -Making a large and attractive lightbox pop-up when someone lands on the site, following them when they move up or down on the page -Another pop-up should activate when a user tries to leave -Write a nice series of auto-responders that have a high open rate and conversion rate -Help with List segmentation for different auto niches -Ebook cover design -Include ebook in giveaways on the opt-in boxes -Create high converting Landing Pages on the Site for different ebooks -Design a nice Eye-Catching RSS-to-Email newsletter which yields a high CTR -Design a Newsletter for promoting products with affiliate promotions -Integrate a sign-up form on our Facebook page Our goal with the list is to promote special offers from auto brands with affiliate links. I have a few whitepapers and ebooks I\'d like to offer for free in exchange for people signing up to the newsletter and giving us more information about themselves for optimal list segmentation. We are trying to reach a goal of 10-20 new email sign-ups per day. If you are not sure this is possible, please let us know.
