Blog Logo for a Personal Finance blog with a female touch

The logo is composed of two parts: On top, we would like a black silhouette of 3 girls (in Charlie's Angels style - [login to view URL]). One girl on the side will have a short ponytail style hair, and will be holding a coffee cup and a purse. Another girl in the other side will have wavy hair and be holding 1 or more shopping bags. The third girl (in the middle) will have curly hair and will be holding or standing next to a small suitcase (or alternatively, holding a backpack behind her back and passports documents). If the designer desires, we can switch around where the girls are standing as well. On the bottom, we would like the name of the blog "All the Frugal Ladies' in a ribbon. The ribbon should slope downwards (like this but without the ribbon ends, just the part where the text is: [login to view URL]) and it should look fancy and feminine. The text's font should be a a thicker/bubbly, fancy looking, feminine font (not curly though). We would like the colors of this part of the logo to be green and purple. Both parts of the logo should look well together. The top part (the girls) is meant to be placed exactly over the ribbon - so that there is no empty space between them. We prefer that not the entire bodies of the girls of the top image show, but rather maybe 1/2 to 3/4 of their bodies, so that the height of the logo is not too extreme. It's a blog, so we don't want the logo to take up too much real estate. :) I would prefer this be created in vector format and will expect a png version and the vector files to be provided.
