Create 3 animations from logo

Please refer to the attached PhotoShop file. We need to create 3 animations of this logo (either GIF or Flash), the same image size as this PSD file. We just want the round icon on the left to rotate slowly, counterclockwise (towards the left), with a periodicity of 12 seconds, and continuously repeat. The rest of the image should not move (the company name and slogan). The animations needed are 3 different starting positions: red at the bottom, blue at the bottom, green at the bottom. We would like to get this project done within 24 hours if possible. Some of the bidders pointed out that Flash animation may be preferable to GIF. The software we're using can work with either GIF or Flash. So we've now changed the project specifications to state that either GIF or Flash is acceptable.
