Custom Wordpress theme

I need a custom Wordpress theme for a site that will be 4-5 pages, including a custom header, navigation bar, CSS. The site will utilize Google Adsense and have graphic advertisements. I will link you to a site that has a design that I like. I want a very creative, edgy design relevant to the theme of my site. I had a coder from RAC that was given 3 extensions, and she still didn't deliver, so I am requiring an expert guarantee and 7 days to complete the project. We are going to be in arbitration, and will pay the new coder with all the funds in my account when the money is returned. No extensions. If you cannot complete the job in 7 days please don't bid. If you ask for an extension, I will automatically cancel the project. Please allow me to see examples of your work.
