Hi, I am looking to build a website that will provide information about venues for events such as weddings, meetings, conferences etc. There is a requirement for an intuitive CMS which can be used to update every aspect of the website. [login to view URL] – This is the exact business model we are looking for so this is a good example for the quote. But below is some more information on features for the site. I will require a logo designed first before starting the website - (with full high res and all the details for the logo supplied like font, colours etc) Venue owners will be able to register and upload/update venue detail information. Admin will be able to manage and update any venue details or lock accounts. There will be a supplier section where various suppliers will also be able to create an account, add their services (so upload pictures, text description, videos etc). There will be two level of access there will be free account and paid account. Admin will have ability to set supplier and venue accounts access level (FREE or FULL) Each venue will have the following features, high resolution pictures, albums, event types, video reels (linked to youtube), text description of the venue, location with map, capacity, contact details etc. Any user will be able to search for venues by event type, location, country, capacity, style, date etc Each venue will have a calendar to show availability which will be configured Users will be able to contact venues via the website using a contact form. There will be a community section where anyone can register and participate. Visitors will be able to shortlist venues and compare up to 5 venues. Large software requires a larger budget. I do recommend splitting the project in smaller, more-easy-to-admin parts so development is what you want. Of course, smaller parts, require smaller budget.
