We are seeking a graphic designer/web developer to re-design our current website for a re-launch at the latest Mid-August. The designer/developer would need to have excellent experience in Wordpress and be able to show a full portfolio of projects completed on this platform as well as providing testimonials that can be contacted. Our company is involved with recruitment in the UK so any experience within this industry, or with plugins associated to posting jobs and retrieving online applications, would be of great advantage. The individual would ideally be located in the UK (we are in Middlesex). If the above is of interest please contact me with links to previous work completed utilising Wordpress and I will be in contact. If we choose to proceed with the project please be advised that we will be asking for confirmation on the following areas: Process: What is your process like? a. Will we speak on the phone? b. How often? c. What’s the time-frame? d. Will we get updates? e. What type of communication process can you expect? Design /graphics: Confirmation of who owns the graphics produced for the website? (Preferably - all graphics/images will be provided as a zip file on completion). Skills: An excellent understanding of Wordpress is required Price: We would require a breakdown of what is included in the project price and what is not. Are there payment terms (deposit /balance)? What is the hourly rate for additional work? How are additional features/ options handled? Will we be notified of additional charges PRIOR to work commencing? Is training included? Will you be charged for additional phone calls /email questions? Training: Is training included? Functionality: Are agreed additional functions including in the quotation i.e. we would require a recruitment plugin to give us the ability to post live jobs and receive applications. Support: Is any support available? a. Is support handled through email, a help desk (support ticket) or a phone call? b. What are the charges for support? c. Is there an option for monthly maintenance /support? d. If you don’t offer support, can you refer someone? I look forward to hearing from you.
