first of all apologies for the way i may be describing this project, i am not tech savy nor do i understand the terminology i will describe this the best way i can. We require the services of a web developer this person or company must be able to write a code that retrieves information from other websites and places it onto ours, this can be done by scraping or other methods if they are available. essentially our site is a property site that captures all other property sites and new listings and retrieves them to our site, or at least the link. if scraping cannot be done we require the services of a semi employed person that uploads listings daily. if listings disappear from other sites we also need our listing to disapear, so somehow the sites must be able to be purged or filtered so listings on our website are current couple of things the site must be quick to load easy to operate user friendly
