We want to get a web portal which take the data (live) from quick books and display on the site. We will give you our web hosting info. The web app should run from our domain. The Quick Book data will be interfaced from our in house server to to web hosting. We have 10 sales persons. Every sales person is assigned to number of customers. Every sales person can see the data only the customers assigned to him with his user name and password. Admin can see them all. None of the field is editable. All the reports should only be printable. Our Requirements: Creating user names and passwords. Report showing purchases. YTD, Date range, customer range Report showing Payments. YTD, Date range, customer range. Account Balances as of today. Filter for customer Can see any Invoice. Can see Monthly statement and ledgers
