Customize wordpress Theme and Plugin

I have a site set up with Academy Learning Management System (a wordpress theme) and Woocommerce is already integrated. I want to turn it into a market place where tutors can sell self-paced lessons to students or use it as a platform for sharing tutoring materials. The theme isn't set-up as a market place so I bought woo's Product Vendor and Product Enquiry extensions. I need someone to help me set up the site the way I want it. Most of the features are already there, I just don't know how to set them. In some cases you will need to actually to do some customization. I want to monetize using subscription plans. So admin should be able to * set storage space or allot number of courses to each plan level * allow some authors to get paid directly into own account, (product vendor already allows authors to receive a commission) * allow authors to set up courses and sell them without waiting for approval from admin * collect recurring payments Customization: Allow admin to add new fields to the tutor profile eg. Area of expertise, geolocation Allow greater flexibility with quizzes – Right now you can only add word questions. I want to be able to add questions and multiple choice options that are picture based. Allow authors to grade short answers manually. Bug fixes: Quizzes wont mark as being complete. Even when I put in the correct answers it won't mark as being complete, it keeps saying I need --% to pass. Postings by authors wont publish in their names. I don't see an option to approve author's courses. I have to switch the creator of the course to admin to publish it. Tweaks: The display boxes for the courses show up in different sizes. I would want that fixed, so that pictures all automatically get set to the same size. Change the label on “Take Course Now” to “Subscribe” Change the word “Course” to “Tutorials” Increase php memory alloted to wordpress (currently set at 40m)
