We currently have a training manual in pdf format (approx 36 pages), that we hand out to new employees to read as part of their Induction, we now want to redesign this training manual into slides with animation/voice that reads the document to the trainee. At the end of each section there are multiple choice questions that must be completed correctly by the trainee with rated pass mark of 70% before proceeding to the next section; At the end of the course, we need a certificate of completion . This solution will be web based, with users accessing the site with Individual login credentials. The following pages will be needed on the site, but the final design will determine how the layout will be.
