I have a design in psd format that I need setup in an existing wordpress website. The page will basically look like the attachment but it will need to be easily editable in the control panel. I need to be able to change out the images and links as needed. This needs to be done in the next couple hours because the site is launching tomorrow. I will provide the psd file and wordpress access to the selected programmer.

You need someone who can edit your WordPress templates. A new template should be designed with HTML and CSS and placed within the folder of your wp-includes/theme/yourtheme folder. I'm experienced in both WordPress and Photoshop so I should understand easily how to do that. I'm also a PHP and JavaScript programmer. Building the timplate then should be a piece of cake.
