Hi I can do this for you no problem, just need meassurements of the building. Do you inside the building the divisions in the drawing too or just the exterior walls of the building?

Im an architect using CAD from 5 years . Cad is the core if my works so i can handle it well :) And if there is any modification I'm happily will modify without any charges until the costumer will be satisfied .

Hello Whenever I start a new project I always make sure that we are on the same page and the first things that I always ask are: 1.- Will you require an specific paper size? 2.- Will you require an specific color code? 2.- Will you require an specific plotting scale? 4.- By when do you need it ready? After seeing the attached image I would like to know the scope of the project, since I can see things like the AC unit on the roof and the rainwater drains. Will they have to be drawn also? Do you have the measurements of the place or you just need a rough CAD drawing? Do you need plan drawings of the place or you will be needing elevations also?
