Corporate Communication Templates

Job Description: To re-design a series of communication collateral templates (using in different channels) for our company. These templates will be used in internal and external communications. Our marketing team will use these templates as a mean to update clients and prospects about marketing trends, events, articles, thought leadership articles, as well as about the company’s news and activities, etc. Design, look and feel should be in line with our company website, yet having some elements to differentiate between each type of collateral. Deliverable: Total 5 types of templates, they are: - a HTML newsletter template; - an Email template - a MS Office Powerpoint template; - a MS Office Word document template; and - a Marketing Proposal template in MS Office Word format - To submit all sources files, source codes, used materials, final file (with and without layer) to us upon completion. Suggested work flow: - Present minimum layouts (with references, if any) for selection and before production/adaptation (happy for you to present your layout/concept on the HTML newsletter template, then adapt (with slight modification to differentiate each template and fit the template dimension) to other templates upon approval. - Allow for at least 3 revisions Deliverable Requirements: - Electronic templates must comply with best practices to avoid being caught in SPAM filters and layout must be optimised for print as well (please note that the newsletter will include ‘Print this Page’ function) - All templates must be designed and developed to make it easy for users to input the content - All final templates should be editable for further modifications Key Dates: - 1st July 2011, materials ready for testing (to test deliverability and display on various email programs especially Outlook. We will handle the test.) - 7th July 2011, final completion date Others Requirements: - Able to work/cater GMT +7 time zone - Can communicate in English - Detailed creative brief (incl. but not limited to formats, usage of each collaterals) & samples to be provided to the winning bidder.
