Convert UI Mocks into Well formed HTML + CSS

[login to view URL] : I will be providing the UI Mock for 1 screen. This UI has to be converted into a HTML + CSS. Home with Pop-Up : There should also be a pop-up that will come up automatically (triggered by Javascript). The pop-up should be a modal pop-up - other areas of the screen should be greyed out (this greying out is not shown in the Mock but should happen anyway) and only the pop-up should be interactive. The pop-up should not be a [login to view URL] box opened by the browser but a pop-up that is purely HTML+ CSS driven. The pop-up can also be minimized to the top right corner of the page (the Login box) when the user clicks on the minimize button. While the pop-up is being minimized, the greying out of the rest of the screen should reduce until the greying out is completely gone when the pop-up is fully minimized. Home with Medals Warning : Only the Login Box is changed to indicate that the user has won some medals. Home with Logged in User : The Login box is changes to indicate that the user has logged in Home with User Details Pop-Up : The Login Box has a small pop-up on top with Account and Log out links
