Create PSD based on existing website design

We are planning to update the design of our current website. We currently have some PSD files depicting the new updated design as well as about 20 PNG files. Your task would be take the existing PSD files and prepare them so we can hand them over to our web developer for conversion to html and css. We need PSD files with properly sliced images and information about fonts and colors. You will have to use the existing PSDs as a starting point and derive further info from our existing website and the attached PNG files. Each page depicted in the PSDs and PNGs should be included in the new PSD file that you create for us.
