Design a Website Mockup

Our company is now 5 months old and growing rapidly. We are great at driving traffic to websites but are currently lacking in the design side of the business. We plan on making the most stunning and user-friendly websites in our industry and becoming the leader in the space within the next few months. This position requires someone who is excellent at graphics and demonstrates a great imagination. If accepted, you will work on the first website as a trial. It would be a great bonus if you could not only design the graphical elements but also implement them onto the website. However, if you'd like to focus only on graphics, we will make other team members available to you to implement what you create. More so, we are looking for a person who can work without much supervision, showing great initiative. Not that questions are not welcome but we'd like to give you a project, discuss it up front and then let you create. If you are willing there is also room for growth within the design arm our company.
