Design graphics for our websites

We are looking for someone who can design graphics for our websites to make our website more appealing. We have three websites, we need a graphic designer who knows their way around photoshop. Graphics can be as simple as a text box that says "5% off $100 use coupon code XXXXX" to banners that go on top of different category pages like the ones that you see rotating through our website. We also need someone to make animated banners and ads. We need someone to make high impact GIF and Flash banners that can catch people's attention and urge them to take action. Someone wilth -Technical skills of putting the banners together -Artistic stills to make the banners look appealing -Someone who has a sense of marketing -Someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged -Someone who is willing to work with us in the long run -Must have a portfolio I would like to work with someone in the long run so after the initial project we can send you quick projects from time to time.
