We are an event management company based in Australia that produces approximately 20 events annually for a wide range of clients. Traditionally each event requires various elements of Graphic design such as a logo, postcard, brochure etc, a Website design as the major source of information and now there is increasing uptake of a web based APP. Currently we outsource these roles to a range of Graphic & Web Designers within Australia and are very pleased with the quality of work that we receive. Moving forward we are looking to invest in a new cloud based software solution for our business that will also have the capability to develop the Website and App as part of the CMS system within the software. Therefore we are looking at the possibility of outsourcing our requirements to a Graphic, Web and App Design Company that is willing to work within the software capabilities, that is located within the Asia Pacific region for ease of communication, turnaround times etc and ideally we would like to negotiate set rates for all repeat design work. At this point in time I would like to receive an EOI from interested parties that highlight your experience, skills and rates for the above. Any queries please feel free to contact me.
