Build a Website

I need one Dynamic Website for my company, including small store for around 20 items. No need to purchase from internet, all i need to make a cart then checkout. After that the customer will fill one forms for his personal information. then, submit. After that i will receive the order by mobile as sms and email. The client he will receive sms and email including order number and amount. This website including : Home page (News & Events) - about us - Products ( with Divisions for my products) - Purchase page – Media (Video – Pictures) - Contact us with admin page: Able to (Add/Remove/Modify) Products, Purchase page and Media Page. Purchase page will be able to add names and prices Website (Arabic – English) I need perfectly design, and Good Prices.
