I am looking for a very basic animation for a product promotional video. The animation will show the outline of a dog with sun rays bouncing off his back and heat arrows coming out of his mouth, paws, and abdomen. To get an idea of the look I'm going for please see something similar in the video at time 0:29 [login to view URL] I do not need all the pan and zoom they show here but just need the stationary graphic image of an illustrated dog with heat arrows/rays.
