Application GUI Skin Design

We have generated a rough GUI mockup (Photoshop Format) of the three main screens for a web based game. You can view the jpgs of those mockups in the links below. All functional elements are included in the GUI, and we are looking to maintain most of the layout and element positions. However, we would like to outsource ONLY the optimization of the overall feel (colors and graphics). The current level of the UI is not sophisticated, and far from impressive. That is not to say that we are looking for something fancy, on the contrary, we embrace simplicity and recognize it can be combined with a clean, touching interface. Moreover, the application remains a game and should therefore be visually exciting. Please not that the white areas are to be replaced with fake 3d natural backgrounds developed in vue5, and are not a part of the outsourced project. The surrounding GUI must not be a distraction from what will be within the white space areas. The Photoshop files of the posted pictures will be made available to the contractor. A portfolio of similar skin works is required to be considered.
