I have a lot of experience (15 yrs +) with files, folders and permissions in php. I shall quickly create the frontend page 1 and page 2 where you can choose which files and folders shall be available to which visitor. The files and folders will be created, managed and uploaded by you directly on the server. My system will manage their viewing by the visitors and you setting permissions.

I have a good web design and development skills and I believe in clients convenience when developing a website or application and the developed product must be the best solution for solving the client's specific problem.
