Build a Website

I want a webpage that will load different website(10-15) on frames. Features: 1. each wesite willload when i will scroll down the page(like facebook) 2. Webpage must be very light and not get irresponsible 3. Before loading this webpage there will single page which it will take some user detail and search on these websites for data and if the website have some data for my search it will load that website on iframe or skip it.
