Daily Work Description: The daily work description will generally consist of various tasks involved in assisting us in the process of setting up a WordPress website for one of our clients (we are referring strictly to the WordPress Backend and General Configurations. The more knowledge of WordPress, the better. This will involve setting up general WordPress configurations and possibly some theme modification using a plugin (currently we are using Cornerstone). A large part of the day will be spent completing various WordPress related tasks, so extensive experience with WordPress is the most important requirement here. Many of these tasks will relate to answering (and solving) tickets from our Zendesk. Throughout the day, we also need the VA to be logged into our Zopim chat at all times- here they will simply be responsible for pointing site visitors to the information that they request (i.e. if someone asks what our pricing is, to provide a link to our pricing page). There may only be a few (if any) chats per hour. We’d also like our VA to do some initial follow-up and scheduling with leads. Skill Sets Required: - *Very* Strong knowledge of WordPress (absolute must). This knowledge should pertain to how to work the backend mainly and so will need to be extremely familiar with WordPress (AT LEAST A FEW YEARS OF EXPERIENCE) - Zendesk / Zopim / Support Experience - Experience working in a ‘support’ role. We receive a number of support tickets every day that relate to various functions of WordPress and will need our general VA to answer these. In the early stages, we will train wherever questions come in that the VA has trouble with. We’ll also need this VA to be able to communicate with clients via our live chat (Zopim) and be able to create / update materials in our ZenDesk knowledge base - Strong English Skills - Ability to Learn Fast! - Very High WPM (typing speed) - Very Strong internet connection - Experience with Project Management Systems and working within a Team - Experience with Photoshop (ability to resize and crop images mainly) - Limited knowledge of working with FTP (i.e. uploading files) - Limited knowledge of Dropbox Pay: Pay will be roughly $130-$200/week commensurate with Experience
