Build simple page that presents stylized generic drivers license

I do however want it to look professional and contain all of the same elements / layout. Conceptually you can think of taking this JSON and producing a drivers license for the internet, one without state boundaries. You will structure your javascript/html/css in such a way at a later date multiple "formats" of the license can be added. For example there might be a different layout for people with an address in Washington vs California. As much as practically possible I want all of the visual elements in the drivers license to be presented in the resulting web page without it looking like a fake. Some notes: 1) For the back you can use static images for the two barcodes. 2) You will include as many of the "security features" like the overlaid state logo on the image and the overlaied number on the image. 3) Where any image manipulation is necessary, for example making the second picture seemed faded you will use CSS filters. 4) Must work well on latest chrome, firefox and safari. 5) Must be responsive and re-align and work well on mobile. 6) If the JSON is missing a value you feel is necessary to create the image, add a value to the JSON to meet your needs. 7) Must be designed to be easily re-usable, maybe as a JQUERY plugin. 8) CSS must contain only the elements that are needed and be well structured. 9) HTML must contain only the elements that are needed and be well structured.
