Build a wordpress site - three versions

The theme to be implemented should be a green/eco/environmental friendly theme. Images will uploaded by us, the developer can use dummy images for the deliverable. The website has the following perma pages: - Project description (home) - Information - Downloads and content - Links - Newsletter - Contact (a contact form e.g. contact form 7 with captcha with adapted css should be implemented). Dummy email address can be used. - the site will be multilanguage (english and romanian - working flag buttons should be provided) - no romanian language content is requested. All content will be dummy, except the titles of the perma pages, english language will be used for the names of the romanian perma pages. - footer area of the theme should be green as the header (no default wordpress black). Free themes are accepted but they must be updated in the last up to six months. Basically, this is standard wordpress implementation in three themes versions. CSS skills are absolutely necessary if some changes in design should follow.
