Building token / receipt scanner for points redemption site

Looking for developer to develop a site in which it will scan uploaded any receipts and take few fields for data. With the selective data like amount, it will be converted to "point" and user to accumulate these so called "points". Once it has reached certain value, user can redeem voucher (based on templates) from vendor. One of the example can be found : [login to view URL] Developer should have knowledge in OCR (since this is open source) so that the data can be captured automatically without admin job to approve any uploaded receipts. Generally, the script will contain calculation, OCR text recognition, some data informative platform to be shown like chart etc. Additional optional function recommended by developer will be a great advantages. Progress for the project : Once the web based completed and tested working, it will be launched online. Next phrase will be on mobile apps (So make sure you should be able to cope for this functionality as well for the "upgrade") More details will be discussed via pm / messages.
