Caricatures needed with slight Flash animation

We need a caricature, a cartoon version of a member of staff (will supply a photo to work from) to be used in a Flash presentation. Very slight animation needed, hair blowing in wind, and perhaps a smile or a wink. Might be other poses needed but aswell but please bid on the above so we can get an idea of cost.
