We have an existing website, [login to view URL] and we need to have a few new pages created: 1. New pages which allow a user to create a track attack account via the site (users are currently only able to sign up via the app and log in to their account via the site) 2. New pages for users to be able to manage their profiles via the website. 3. New static page which gives users an overview of a contingency program 4. New page that allows users to submit requests for contingency payout. This page will store all data submitted to the track attack server and generate an email to notify admin of a new request submission. At minimum the requirement is to create the html/css based pages with no functionality (we can make them functional) but ideally, the web developer is to make these pages fully functional. We will provide full access and support to the necessary queries to the server infrastructure.
