Create an in-browser toolbar for my website

I have a gaming website with hundreds of active users. I would like to implement an in-browser toolbar which would include: Quick link Buttons for certain pages like forums A google search bar that generates profit Status of the game (if its up/down, feed from site if possible) How many users are online (feed from site if possible) The toolbar will be downloaded by my players so it should contain NO spyware, tracking, viruses, or anything that would monitor/slow down the users surfing ability. I have read about conduit and heard horrible things about it so I'm not looking to get a toolbar from them..
