Create a simple web blog (mini site)

My wife and me are looking for a experienced and creative person to create a blog/mini-website for our project about Ukrainian-Norwegian relationships. Please, present your proposals on the basis of the following requirements and give us a link to some of similar projects from your portfolio. 1. The design should be stylish, modern, but quite simple (as Scandinavian design in general); Colours: basic: white, red, blue Fonts: Cantoni, Coneria script, Katie Rose; 2. The outline should be convenient, with a good composition of pictures and text; 3. There should be 4 language versions: Ukrainian, Russian, English and Norwegian; 4. There should be possibility apart from general tags to put the blog-posts into main categories: Places, Ideas, People, Parallels, Events, Kitchen, Symbols 5. It should be integrated with social networks (FB, google +), so that blog posts will be posted to our FB accounts and to comment people will need to have a social network account; 6. There should be anti-spam protection; 7. There should be convenient interface for creating and editing posts; 8. We should have possibility to create nice-looking posts with pictures/texts/pictures+text) and to arrange them; 9. There is integration with google adds We will be happy to find a good specialist for this job and have a mutually beneficial cooperation.
