Design an App Mockup - BMA

This project is to layout 15 pages for an android application using Photoshop. This is NOT a fully functional app, but only a layout for the all the app pages with text. Pages will show text, Input fields, buttons and icons. Includes menu design and layout. Image layouts will be provided. The Freelancer must be able to take these layouts and notes to create new page designs based on our layouts. Using PhotoShop make all layouts based on our designs, comments and feedback. The designer will propose new color scheme, standardizing on colors, Font type and size for all pages. The Freelancer will provide all results in both jpeg and PSD file format. The Freelancer should have developed designs for Android Apps. Project Description: This is an App to allow the user to use their mobile phone to provide quick tracking and recording of information related recording baby records. The App is made up of 5 parts: 1. Home page for adding basic information on a daily basis. 2. A Calendar page used to display type of info entered from the HOME page 3. Edit page. 4. Summary reporting page. To display summary results. 5. Setup pages. This is where a reminder notification can be configured, and other Setup info for the App is entered, along with feedback and about us pages. Although all of the layouts have been designed, Freelancer should be able add value incorporating all details for menu selections, adding, deleting, and editing, if needed. We are looking for a simple, clean looking designs, with similar layout and navigation to the latest Android OS. Type BMA in your response to indicate you have read all the above information. Also, state what development tools you will be using and request any other details you need for your bid. Project will be divided into 3 Milestones. 1. Complete 1st 5 pages, with source in PSD file format. 2. Complete 2nd 5 pages, with source code in PSD file format. 3. Complete final 5 pages, and final edits and change requests. To get an idea of the app, you can go to TipSee on google play or iTunes, which will be similar to this project, especially the setup pages. A short list of 3 Freelancers will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire. Final selected Freelancer will be asked to sign a NDA, but will be released from the non-disclosure agreement after 6 months, or once the app it published.
