Design and Build an IT Services Website in HTML/CSS + Responsive + Mobile Friendly

*** IMPORTANT *** - GOOD COMMUNICATION IS MANDATORY. Do not bid on this project if you are not able to understand what this project entails, and if you are not able to communicate daily to go along with this iterative process. I'm looking for a custom design. Below is what I'd like done. I like [login to view URL] but their home page is entirely too big. Lots of content for no reason. The main banner image is really big too. If it can be made into a shorter version like [login to view URL] that would be great. The main item I really want is the dropdown menu that [login to view URL] has. It's great. The rest of the design can be more like softlayer.com. Here are the pages that need to be done : Homepage / Main Page -- 1 - Homepage - A mix between [login to view URL] main menu + [login to view URL] content area 2 - Contact Us (Subpage with a form) with multiple contact options (sales, abuse, etc) Service Pages - 1 page for each example given -- 1 - A detailed services page, something like this, but more modern and cleaner [login to view URL] 2 - [login to view URL] 3 - [login to view URL] Service Pages Section 2 - These pages need to have a menu system like on [login to view URL] (click on Products) 1 Page per example given -- 1 - [login to view URL] 2 - [login to view URL] 3 - For #2, the default page should have 3 service boxes. but I also want to be able to add up to 5 plan/service boxes on the page 4 - For #2-3 I want to also have a tab, like on [login to view URL] (Openvz/KVM) They need to match the design style of the site. The back-end of the design needs to be easy to use. That means good use of includes for the menus. I have a logo, and the design needs to match the colors - Blue/Grey/Black and White. Site should also be responsive and mobile-friendly.
