Design a Landing Page

Looking to design and implement a single (1) landing page (like a mini-website). The content will be on virtual/hosted desktops. Will include short sections on what it is, features, benefits, video placement, contact us etc. Looking for great designer and graphics skills. Landing page must be very clean, professional looking and polished. No clip art. Should be designed for mobile (Bootstrap - smartphone + tablets) as well as desktop view. You will upload and test landing page on our server. You must be fluent in English and be available on Skype. Would want it completed within 10 days of selection of designer. To be considered, please forward a link to your portfolio of landing pages/websites. Terms: Will fund 50% as a Milestone Payment upon selection of designer. Upon approval of design by us, we will be release the 1st Milestone Payment and fund the remaining 50% as a 2nd Milestone Payment. However if we do not like your design, we will only release 25% in the 1st Milestone and remaining 25% will be returned to us. 2nd Milestone Payment will be released after the landing page has been uploaded and completely tested by us on our Server.
