Design a Website Mockup

I need a mutli-page website designed so I can then manage it myself updating pictures, texts and relevant information to advertise and sell the cats that I breed. I already have a logo designed not all pix at the moment, but need something I can build on. I need the site to be bilingual...French and English. So it would need to have a "duplicate" so that people can chose what language they want to view and navigate in. I don't want the translation to be done by a robot! I'm fine to do it myself on both sides of the "mirror". I'm fine with available free platforms offered by services like weebly, etc. Just don't have time to go in and figure out the whole thing... yes, I am bit lazy and intimidated!
