Design a Wordpress Webpage

i just need a simple page designed. should contain 1100x1000 pixels, and it should be comprised up of smaller squares of size 10x10 pixels each . the pixels should be responsive. An user should be able to select these pixels . And each time a pixel square is selected it should be reflected in a check out counter.. The image provided is to provide rough idea what i'm trying to say....just image designing a online movie ticket counter, expect for the fact that instead of selling movie tickets, we are selling pixels. Aesthetics are important as well
