Design advertising campaign

We are an importer and wholesaler of products to the dental profession in Australia. We have several products that we promote heavily using print and, internet and direct mail. We require a contractor to partner with us to design our advertising campaigns for the 2017 year. The process will be; Request for expressions of interest, Short list (no more than 3) Brief to be provided in order that the shortlisted providers can develop proposals and attach a fixed price proposal. We will evaluate the 'mock up' and select based on the presentations. These should be delivered by electronic form, in low res and may be watermarked to protect the provider. On making a decision a contract will be sent to the preferred provider. This contract will take the form of an IP agreement (where the provider recognises the ownership of the information vests with the payer, it will obligate the payer to fund the service, set deadlines for work, etc.). Final artwork will be delivered in the form of indd and jpeg files. The brief will (initially) consist of Development (creative through to final art) of 4 advertisements 1) 210Hx90w mm promo 2) A4 suitable for magazine placement 3) Postcard DL maxpop 4) Social media / email 700 1200 pixel Please reply within 2 business days with your interest and a package will be sent close of business Wednesday.
