I am a scientist by profession with extensive experience in creating Excel templates to record, reformat and reorganise data. I also have experience in creating Excel platforms for quoting and invoicing. I will be able to construct a template for you that is both simple to use and attractive in appearance.
I will be able to add several useful functionalities. For example, if you would like, I can add VBA which will allow you to save each invoice as a .PDF file straight from the Excel template, and which will then email the saved .PDF directly to an email address specified by you, from your own personal Gmail or Outlook email. I will be able to add extra touches, such as selectable calendars to the cells with date entries, or dropdown menus which auto-populate from a list of products you specify.
