Get a Website Built

Charity website with full inventory database based off barcode scanning for item check in and check out. We need a website that shows our mission and what we do as well as a way for us to manage our inventory (4,000 entries per month in and out). We have up to 4 volunteers checking items in and out at a time. The inventory part will need to be secured and we need reporting functionality and a screen to add information that the barcode does not add. Our current methodology in Excel right now that we want incorporated into the website is... 1. Scan manufacturer barcode (We have database for you) 2. this populates fields 3. Volunteer adds extra information 4. new barcode is printed by us (Zebra printer) 5. Save data as new inventory item Check out 1. Scan our barcode from above 2. move data from inventory to check out 3. Add information for where item is going We are looking for a rough quote and will work with potential parties to get a more precise cost and discuss the charity and mission further. Thank you
