Hybrid Android and iOS reservation app

We need an application for both Android and iOS through which users could reserve real-time tables at different locations, like pubs, coffee shops, restaurants, clubs, etc. Features are divided as follows: User side – obviously for users: 1. Register with Facebook/Twitter/email/phone number 2. GPS location, Google map to show direction to restaurant/app from current user location 3. See location menu 4. See location availability 5. Make reservation for date, nr. of tables/persons 6. Save reservation into phone calendar and set reminder for user 7. Search of locations after type of location (pub, restaurant, caffe shop, etc.) 8. Search of locations within a given area 9. List search results: Review, availability, proximity to location 10. Cancellation free within a given period 11. Every reservation adds up in loyalty points (if reservation done at the same location less points are given) 12. Cancellation outside of free timeframe paid with loyalty points 13. See recommended locations 14. Loyalty points to be used for free meals/drinks 15. Recommend location (rating system)/ check in to location 16. Possibility of announcing delays for reservations Restaurant/Pub – this one for restaurant/pub/coffee shop employees-management: 1. Registered locations with 2 levels of authority: admin and user 2. Admin will have the right to add or delete additional own locations from the list (soft admin will double check these requests) 3. Admin is able to upload menu and pictures of location 4. Admin will draw/sketch the layout of location with number of seats 5. Admin and user can make the effective reservation or cancellation, and also update number of available seats 6. Complete calendar of reservations 7. Admin and user can also create events/ads (parties, book presentations, etc.) and push these events/ads out to app users within a selected area (this feature would cost some money for the restaurant/location) 8. Admin and user are able to manage loyalty points of users, if reserving person shows up at reserved time than points will be given 10. Admin will be able to reply to reviews/ratings 11. Admin could see statistics of reservations, cancellations, event reservations within a given period (gender, age, location, etc.) 12. A vibrating and audio-visual alert for every new reservation to show up. Soft/app admin – this one for us to see: 1. Will be able to register or delete locations 2. See complete statistics of usage: number of user per gender, age, location, loyalty points earned and used, number of reservations, number of in-time cancellations, number of paid cancelllations 3. Stats about number of locations registered by type, by geographical location, by reviews, by number of reservations to identify most active locations and eventually compensate them with something Booking: - Free booking with loyalty points, if reservation confirmed than points given, if cancelled outside free timeframe or noshow loyalty points would be taken away Need also design and support on choosing best server solution.
