I would like to look at the problem, but with no further info, I've no garantee, that I can fix the problem easily. As a webhost running on a debian-platform, I already have experience on the server side. I've also experience in scripting depending on which language we are talking about.

Sounds like a file pushing mail through php... What framework do you have running on your droplet? Joomla, Wordpress?
