Write an iPhone application

We have a mobile game idea (infinite runner) and have everything sketched out and all the details worked out. What we need is to have it programmed and have it designed digitally. Here are some of the features we want: There will be an online portion of the game where you will be able to challenge your friends. There will be multiple characters (five of them) and each character will have their own world to run in as well as their own weapons/skins. We would like the game to be a smooth 60fps and have a battery saver mode that cuts down animations and fps to 30. Notifications reminding players to get their daily coins. A system that creates player id's that you can add other people and challenge them with. A scanner to be able to scan the codes on other people's phones and automatically add them. There are several upgrades and power ups. We would also want a currency system and an in-app purchase store set up. Thank you for your time.
