css work (.NET Website) - siatp

The work involves changing the look & feel of this website ([login to view URL]) to replicate this website ([login to view URL]) while retaining the template responsiveness. The work is on a product called iMIS which comes with its own content management system (RiSE) which is a .NET based website. I am primarily after 1. An excellent CSS expert 2. With brilliant skills in HTML, JQuery (mostly slider implementation) and image editing 3. Who is familiar with bootstrap responsive template with additional experience with .NET website i.e. .NET masterpage 4. Can learn very quickly a new content management system - I will walk you through the basics of the content management system. 5. Is willing to work Australian hours (or at least overlapping hours) 6. have excellent English and communicate well. We will provide you with remote desktop access to the server where you will create the css file and upload any necessary images. This is a fixed cost price project. I have 5 other similar projects but need to trial you out on this one first. If successful we can proceed with the other 4 as separate projects.
