Website Front-End Dev Integration (Fast Turnaround Required)

We have a very tight timeframe project that requires an entire team to get moving immediately. In fact, we will most likely will be selecting someone top notch in the next 12-24 hours. In short, we have a web application that is built, a bunch of UI/UX completed and the actual HTML5 / CSS / JQuery Template built. Now it's time to put it all together. Your team will be working hard over the next 8-10 days to build every aspect and detail of this Web Application. We will most likely continue on past that as well if the candidate shows excellent promise and the ability to stay in communication. You should have worked with REST APIs before or some form of web services. You will be given a URL example and we will give the successful bidding team access to our backend in order to complete the integration. All work product will be checked into our HG (Mercurial) system. Probably a good team of 3-4 can pull this off in the time allotted. No single Front-End Dev is going to be able to get there; and we want a small team that is fast, visionaries, doesn't need DVCS training and knows their way around building complex HTML5 / CSS / JQuery based websites. Since the heavy lifting is basically done, this should be a breeze, but you will have to figure out "best practices" and be able to make some judgement calls along the way. We want clean and beautiful work. Not worried about animation or transitions... This is about real RESTFUL Web Services and building an application that really performs. You should also have access to a web designer (be competent with Photoshop on your team) and be ready to drink a lot of Red BULL!!! Are you up for the challenge?
