A Responsive Single Web Page -- Open Again

We need a single page website which will host the following: 1. Software Development 2. Web Development 3. Online Advertising 4. Computer Training 5. Content Writing 6. Designing Layout Required: 1. A honeycomb spread along 80% width of screen which hosts the above services symbolically with text in each block. 2. When mouse hovers on this block, it should have swivel effect and some other effects. 3. There will be an Update panel which hosts another honeycomb in which entries will come when we click on a block of above honeycomb. This honeycomb will be hosted inside an update panel and data will come from database. This honeycomb will contain further relevant information (eg, C, C++. Java etc for Computer Training while images and names of softwares for software development). 4. When a block in second honeycomb is clicked, an image and description should be shown in another update panel present beneath of above update panel. 5. Above footer, a testimonial slider should keep on sliding with a pause of few seconds. This is expected to be viewed on a single page however, that is not a compulsion since height may vary according to the entries fetched from database. Design should be professional and attractive. Display should be same on all types of devices and displays with the same behavior. The page should be responsive and fast to load without any extra scripting which is not required. Source Code should be kept neat and clean, not hidden in any dll or in any other manner. We will help in the database logic and logic for update panel, if required. For a regular web developer, this should not be a very big task.
