A new deal & coupon listing website

Hello designers: I would like to build a website like [login to view URL], where I can publish deals and coupons from other shopping websites by category. User can email to others and add comments on it. Click coupon code will open website and remember code into member. Contents are affiliate programs links basically. Coupon code can be copied into memory and open that website directly. That is English based website and supporting Multilanguage (I will edit other language content later). Under English version, basically all deals by category; under others language version, it has 2~3 more banners and live chat. Hyper links and pictures will be the same but wording content and description can be edited in another language. Users don’t have to register, but can send deals to other email and can comments on deals. Website can recognize user’s IP to offer language options, if outside us, offer language selection options.
